Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast halves
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 c. Chablis or other dry white wine
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dried whole tarragon
Method
- Arrange chicken breasts, bone side down, in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Arrange mushrooms around chicken.
- Pour wine over chicken and sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
