Ingredients

  • 12 lb pretzel
  • 21 ounces Fritos corn chips
  • 12 ounces cheese crackers
  • 32 ounces nuts (peanuts or mixed)
  • 7 ounces Wheatables crackers
  • 12 ounces goldfish crackers
  • 1 lb butter
  • 12 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 8 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 -3 tablespoons garlic powder

Method

  • Mix first set of ingredients in a large bowl or kettle.
  • Bring second group of ingredients to a boil for about one minute.
  • Pour mixture into roasters and bake at 250 for about 1-1/2 hours, stirring several times.
  • When done pour on wax paper to let cool.
  • Store in air tight containers.
  • I do not like cheese crackers, so I just find a substitute of another cracker without the cheese or use a little more of the others like the Fritos and Wheatables crackers.
