- 12 lb pretzel
- 21 ounces Fritos corn chips
- 12 ounces cheese crackers
- 32 ounces nuts (peanuts or mixed)
- 7 ounces Wheatables crackers
- 12 ounces goldfish crackers
- 1 lb butter
- 12 drops Tabasco sauce
- 8 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 -3 tablespoons garlic powder
Method
- Mix first set of ingredients in a large bowl or kettle.
- Bring second group of ingredients to a boil for about one minute.
- Pour mixture into roasters and bake at 250 for about 1-1/2 hours, stirring several times.
- When done pour on wax paper to let cool.
- Store in air tight containers.
- I do not like cheese crackers, so I just find a substitute of another cracker without the cheese or use a little more of the others like the Fritos and Wheatables crackers.
