Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup soya milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 mashed banana
Method
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients.
- Pour onto hot griddle.
