Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- touch of sherry
- Swiss cheese, grated
Method
- Melt butter to bubbling; add flour.
- Whip until smooth.
- Add milk, cooking and stirring until it thickens.
- Add touch of sherry.
- Using wire whip, add Swiss cheese and whisk until melted.
