Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni (any style)
  • small jar pimentos, drained
  • 3 to 4 celery stalks, grated
  • 1 medium bell pepper, grated
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 3 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. salad pickles
  • 2 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise (Blue Plate is best)

Method

  • Cook macaroni and drain.
  • Combine with all other ingredients and desired amount of mayonnaise.
  • This salad is best made a day ahead so all the flavors can blend together.
