- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni (any style)
- small jar pimentos, drained
- 3 to 4 celery stalks, grated
- 1 medium bell pepper, grated
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1 1/2 c. salad pickles
- 2 chicken breasts, boiled, deboned and chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- mayonnaise (Blue Plate is best)
Method
- Cook macaroni and drain.
- Combine with all other ingredients and desired amount of mayonnaise.
- This salad is best made a day ahead so all the flavors can blend together.
