Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 each egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- preheat oven to 350
- mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside
- combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl
- fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
- blend in chips and walnuts
- ball scoopfuls of the dough by hand and place on cookie sheet
- bake for 15 minutes or until tops of cookies begin to brown
- allow to cool, then serve
