Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 each egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  • preheat oven to 350
  • mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside
  • combine wet ingredients in a medium bowl
  • fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  • blend in chips and walnuts
  • ball scoopfuls of the dough by hand and place on cookie sheet
  • bake for 15 minutes or until tops of cookies begin to brown
  • allow to cool, then serve
