Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines golden butter cake
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 oz. whiskey
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Beat ingredients five minutes.
- Add nuts if using them. Grease and flour tube pan, pour in cake.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, let cool for ten minutes, then puncture top of cake with fork or cake tester and pour glaze over cake a little at a time.
- Let cake remain in pan for several hours before removing.
- Cake can be refrigerated or frozen after removing from pan.
