Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 18 teaspoon salt
Method
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Beat whipping cream till stiff.
- Add together.
- Put vanilla in water.
- Add to cream mixture.
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Fold in very gently.
- Bake in preheated 325 oven till golden.
- Time not given--I guess 25 minutes.
- This is a large cake that I bet rises a lot.
