Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 tsp. flavoring (i.e. butter or mint)
- food color
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
Method
- Blend cream cheese and flavoring.
- Mix in sugar to consistency of pie dough.
- Divide into pieces for as many colors needed.
- Add color (use toothpick or dropper).
- Knead dough and make small balls.
- Dip balls into sugar and press into molds.
- Air dry on wax paper several hours.
- Makes approximately 165 mints.
