Ingredients
- 2 pkg. pistachio pudding
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 bag small marshmallows
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Method
- Drain juice from pineapple. Set juice aside. May need later. Mix all ingredients well. If too dry, add a small amount of pineapple juice.
