Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 box Jell-O pistachio instant pudding
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- maraschino cherries
Method
- Mix dry instant pudding mix with pineapple.
- Fold in pecans, marshmallows and Cool Whip.
- Top with cherries.
- Chill thoroughly before serving.
