Ingredients

  • FOR THE JAM:
  • 1 whole Peach, Pitted And Sliced
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider
  • FOR THE COCKTAIL:
  • 3 ounces, fluid Bourbon
  • 4 cubes Ice
  • 2 whole Cinnamon Sticks, Optional For Garnish

Method

  • In a small saucepan, stir all of the jam ingredients together and set over medium heat. Stir occasionally and when the peaches have softened and the sugar dissolved, blend using an immersion blender or a food processor. Alternately if you have a good jar of peach jam, mix the spices into 3 tablespoons of jam over heat in a saucepan, just until melted.
  • Pour the peach jam and bourbon into a cocktail shaker. Put the lid on and shake vigorously to combine. Pour over ice or serve warm. Garnish with a cinnamon stick to make it look fancy. Pinkies up!
