Ingredients
- 3 lb. lean stew meat
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. carrots (bite size)
- 4 Tbsp. tapioca
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. wine or water
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cover tightly and cook 5 hours at 250°.
- Don't lift lid.
- Do not brown meat.
- If desired, may add mushrooms or water chestnuts.
