Ingredients
- 6 oz. Lindt or Tobler bittersweet chocolate
- 6 oz. milk chocolate
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. sweet butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Melt chocolate on double boiler.
- Add sugar and butter. Remove from heat and add egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
- Add flour to egg whites and beat until stiff.
- Combine 1/3 egg white mixture with chocolate mixture. Mix well.
- Fold in remaining egg white.
- Pour into 8-inch spring-form, well buttered pan.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
- Serve with unsweetened cream.
