Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 strips bacon
  • salad greens fresh
  • gorgonzola cheese cubed
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • vinegar

Method

  • Grill the chicken breasts and cube them.
  • Cook the bacon in the microwave. Chop the bacon, and set the pieces on paper towels. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  • Wash the greens well.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the oregano, thyme, sesame seeds, olive oil and a little vinegar of your choice.
  • Toss everything in a large bowl and serve.
