- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 strips bacon
- salad greens fresh
- gorgonzola cheese cubed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- extra-virgin olive oil
- vinegar
Method
- Grill the chicken breasts and cube them.
- Cook the bacon in the microwave. Chop the bacon, and set the pieces on paper towels. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Wash the greens well.
- In a bowl, whisk together the oregano, thyme, sesame seeds, olive oil and a little vinegar of your choice.
- Toss everything in a large bowl and serve.
