Ingredients

  • 1 small box orange Jell-O
  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O
  • 3 1/2 c. water
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save liquid)
  • miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • grated cheese

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
  • Add remaining water. Add pineapple and pour in a large container.
  • Let set.
  • When Jell-O layer is almost set, sprinkle with miniature marshmallows. Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup (in a small saucepan). Add sugar, flour and eggs.
  • Mix well and cook until thick.
  • Cool.
