Ingredients
- 1 small box orange Jell-O
- 1 small box lemon Jell-O
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save liquid)
- miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- grated cheese
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
- Add remaining water. Add pineapple and pour in a large container.
- Let set.
- When Jell-O layer is almost set, sprinkle with miniature marshmallows. Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup (in a small saucepan). Add sugar, flour and eggs.
- Mix well and cook until thick.
- Cool.
