Ingredients
- 5 large Vidalia onions
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Slice onions into thin rings.
- In large pot saute onions in margarine until limp.
- Pour half of the onions into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, cover with 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the crackers. Repeat.
- Bake in 325° oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
