Ingredients
- 8 to 10 lb. brisket
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
- seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
Method
- Rub meat with salt and garlic salt. Mix everything together and pour on meat.
- Line pan or dish with aluminum foil and cover with aluminum foil.
- Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
- Cook in foil 10 hours at 250°.
