- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 (1 qt. 14 oz.) large can chicken broth or 1 qt. 14 oz. water and 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- another qt. water
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 small box frozen vegetables
- 1 c. orzo rice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Method
- Fry hamburg and drain grease.
- Add broth, water, Lipton soup mix and celery.
- Boil 20 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and vegetables. Boil 15 minutes.
- Add rice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Boil 10 minutes.
- Makes quite a bit.
- Freeze some for later.
