Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Beet
  • 2 cups Canned Peas
  • 2 cups Salted Cabbage
  • Vegetable Oil

Method

  • Wash the carrot, potatoes and beet, do not peel, just put them in the cold water, and boil for an hour. As soon as they're cooked, peel them and dice. Mix the the vegetables in the bowl, add the peas, salted cabbage and pour over the oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. The salad is better to serve as an independent diet dish. You can also add some marinated cornichons or replace the cabbage with them.
