Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- chopped vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)
Method
- Cool sweet potatoes and drain.
- Cream with sugar, butter and vanilla.
- Make thick.
- Roll around marshmallow and roll in coconut. Bake until brown.
