Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- juice of 3 lemons
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Put milk in freezer to chill, then whip.
- Add lemon juice and sugar, then the jello and cheese mixture.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill and serve.
