Ingredients
- 1 can Mexicorn, drained
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. picante sauce
- 1 chopped jalapeno (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients and let set a few hours before serving.
