- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 8oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing dry mix
- 1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- finely cut fresh vegetables - suggest cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms and carrots
Method
- Unroll crescent rolls, spread and pat into a single piece on a large greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 350° for 7-9 minutes until brown.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix and beat until smooth.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Sprinkle on vegetables, then the shredded cheese.
- Press down lightly.
- Chill overnight and cut into squares.
