Ingredients
- 3 whole Potatoes
- 16 ounces, weight Approximately Of Spinach Dip
- 2 cups Cheese (we Used Some Cheddar And Mozzarella)
- 1 whole Tomato
- 1 whole Avocado
Method
- Bake the whole potatoes for approximately 30 minutes so that they are cooked and you can scoop out the insides and have the skins left.
- Once you have scooped them to your preference for potato skins, spoon some spinach dip in the shells.
- You can use your own recipe for spinach dip or buy a container of it from your grocers deli, whatever works!
- Sprinkle cheese on top of every potato skin.
- Cook the skins until the cheese is melted and they are warmed through.
- Top them with diced tomatoes and slices of avocado.
- Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
