Ingredients
- 2 pods hot pepper
- 2 gal. tomatoes
- 16 ears corn
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. carrots
- 2 c. lima beans
- 2 c. okra
- 2 large onions
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Peel tomatoes and cut in small pieces.
- Cut corn from cob. Dice peppers, celery, carrots and okra.
- Combine all ingredients and cook in a large pot for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Cook at low heat.
- Pour in jars and pressure at 10 pounds for 15 minutes.
