Ingredients
- 1 lb. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion
- 3 small cucumbers
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 small carrots
Method
- Grate vegetables; drain well.
- Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese together.
- Add well drained vegetables.
- Add a dash of salt and red pepper.
- Spread on your favorite bread.
