Ingredients
- 2 cans whole green beans (can use cooked or fresh)
- 2 green peppers, sliced or cubed
- 1 yellow or red sweet pepper (for color)
- cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 bottle Italian dressing (fat free)
Method
- Slice and mix veggies and top with dressing.
- Best if marinated a few hours.
