Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 10 ounces frozen green peas, thawed
  • 10 ounces frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup instant rice
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (for no salt) or 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (for no salt)

Method

  • Place all vegetables in large, sprayed crockpot.
  • In saucepan, combine soup, rice, cheese, milk, butter, seasoned salt and 1 c water.
  • Heat just enough enough to mix and pour over vegetables.
  • Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours.
  • Stir before serving.
