Ingredients
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls (refrigerator)
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning mix
- 3/4 c. shredded carrots
- 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped fine
- 3/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Soften cream cheese. Unroll rolls; put on cookie sheet. Pinch seams. Bake at 350° until lightly brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, mayo and dry dressing. Spread mixture onto baked crust.
- Layer ingredients that remain in order. Chill until ready to serve. Cut into squares.
