Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls (refrigerator)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning mix
  • 3/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 3/4 c. broccoli, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped fine
  • 3/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Soften cream cheese. Unroll rolls; put on cookie sheet. Pinch seams. Bake at 350° until lightly brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, mayo and dry dressing. Spread mixture onto baked crust.
  • Layer ingredients that remain in order. Chill until ready to serve. Cut into squares.
