Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • 3 c. broccoli, cut up
  • 3 c. cauliflower, cut up
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise
  • 1 small pkg. Hidden Valley dry mix

Method

  • Spread crescent rolls on bottom of a lightly-greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake and cool as directed on package.
  • Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Hidden Valley mix.
  • Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
  • Sprinkle broccoli, then cauliflower, then carrots on top of cheese mixture.
  • Top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
