Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 4 carrots, shredded
- 3 c. broccoli, cut up
- 3 c. cauliflower, cut up
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 small pkg. Hidden Valley dry mix
Method
- Spread crescent rolls on bottom of a lightly-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake and cool as directed on package.
- Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Hidden Valley mix.
- Spread on cooled crescent rolls.
- Sprinkle broccoli, then cauliflower, then carrots on top of cheese mixture.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
