Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 Vidalia onions (or any onion will do)
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1/2 c. Italian dressing
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper

Method

  • Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  • Cut peppers and onions into strips. Mix all vegetables and spices together, adding more amounts to taste.
  • Vegetables may be cooked in aluminum foil on the grill or a glass pan baked in oven.
  • If on the grill, place all contents in the foil (make foil large enough and close corners and top of foil to keep in heat).
  • Periodically stir the vegetables, and cook approximately 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
  • Serve in a covered dish.
  • Serves 4.
