Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 Vidalia onions (or any onion will do)
- 2 green peppers
- 1/2 c. Italian dressing
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
Method
- Cut tomatoes into cubes.
- Cut peppers and onions into strips. Mix all vegetables and spices together, adding more amounts to taste.
- Vegetables may be cooked in aluminum foil on the grill or a glass pan baked in oven.
- If on the grill, place all contents in the foil (make foil large enough and close corners and top of foil to keep in heat).
- Periodically stir the vegetables, and cook approximately 20 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
- Serve in a covered dish.
- Serves 4.
