Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 beef bouillon cubes (optional)
- 1 onion, cut in chunks
- 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 or 3 small potatoes, peeled and cubed
Method
- Cook beef, salt, pepper, bouillon cubes and onion until beef is tender.
- Add mixed vegetables and potatoes.
- Continue cooking until potatoes are tender.
- Add tomato soup and continue cooking until soup is well blended.
