Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew meat, dipped in flour and browned in oil
- 1 large can V-8 cocktail juice
- 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
Method
- Put in crock-pot at bedtime on low to be ready to eat at noon or put in crock-pot in the morning on low to be ready for night meal.
