- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Campbell's golden corn soup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- In a 10-inch skillet, cook beef until brown.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in both soups, water, vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spoon into 3-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Remove dish from oven.
- Stir well.
- Arrange biscuits on hot mixture.
- Top with cheese. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.
