Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can Campbell's golden corn soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • In a 10-inch skillet, cook beef until brown.
  • Drain fat.
  • Stir in both soups, water, vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spoon into 3-quart baking dish.
  • Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
  • Remove dish from oven.
  • Stir well.
  • Arrange biscuits on hot mixture.
  • Top with cheese. Bake until biscuits are golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.
