Ingredients
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped finely
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped), moisture squeezed out
- 1 packet (dry) Knorr vegetable soup mix
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate for several hours. Cut a cavity out of a loaf of Vienna bread.
- Cut the removed bread into cubes.
- Put dip into cavity.
- Dip bread cubes into the dip, as well as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and any other veggies you like!
