Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped finely
  • 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach (chopped), moisture squeezed out
  • 1 packet (dry) Knorr vegetable soup mix

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Refrigerate for several hours. Cut a cavity out of a loaf of Vienna bread.
  • Cut the removed bread into cubes.
  • Put dip into cavity.
  • Dip bread cubes into the dip, as well as carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and any other veggies you like!
