Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- crumbled Ritz crackers
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers.
- Cook until bubbles.
- Top with crumbled Ritz crackers.
- Brown 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
