Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Spray 9 x 13-inch pan or glass baking dish with Pam.
- Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter.
- Pour into dish. Crush crackers and toss with butter.
- Sprinkle crumbs over vegetables.
- Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 8.
