Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 stick melted butter
Method
- Drain Veg-All and water chestnuts.
- Mix with chopped celery and chopped onion.
- Add grated cheese and mayonnaise; toss.
- Mix together Ritz crackers and melted butter.
- Put in casserole dish and top with crackers.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
