Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked noodles
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 can Veg-All vegetables

Method

  • Cook noodles until tender in 1 1/2-quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt have been added.
  • Lightly brown onion in oleo.
  • Add ground beef and cook slowly until brown.
  • Blend in flour; add cooked noodles.
  • Add Veg-All, including liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
  • May top with cheese.
