Ingredients
- 1 c. uncooked noodles
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 can Veg-All vegetables
Method
- Cook noodles until tender in 1 1/2-quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt have been added.
- Lightly brown onion in oleo.
- Add ground beef and cook slowly until brown.
- Blend in flour; add cooked noodles.
- Add Veg-All, including liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
- May top with cheese.
