Ingredients
- 2 1/2# Bulk Italian Sausage
- 1/2 jar pickled yellow peppers cut-up. (Mild)
- 1 large can tomato paste
- 1 can water (use tomato paste can)
- 1 can red wine
- 1 large can mushroom pieces
- 1 large green pepper, cut-up
- 1/8 cup brown sugar
Method
- Brown sausage and drain fat, add remaining ingredients and simmer about 2 hours. Great in a crock pot!
