Ingredients

  • 1 pound cubed veal
  • 1 lg. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Method

  • Cube veal; brown well and add in onion and heat till onion is a clear color.
  • Add in other ingredients except rice and heat well.
  • Pour in casserole.
  • Sprinkle rice over top; cover.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  • Don't stir after adding rice.
  • If dish bakes dry, add in more water.
  • Bake covered till done, then brown quickly.
