Ingredients

  • Veal cutlets or possibly cubed steak
  • 1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
  • 8 ounce. tomato sauce
  • Sliced green pepper & onion
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Italian seasoning

Method

  • Dredge cutlets in flour and brown in skillet with oil.
  • Place in large pyrex dish.
  • Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers and onion.
  • Bake 45 min at 300 degrees.
  • Then place a piece of mozzarella cheese on each cutlet and allow to heat, about 5 min.
