Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size)
  • 4 cups 2% reduced fat milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Method

  • Stir mix into milk and egg in large saucepan.
  • Stir in rice and raisins.
  • Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • (For chilled pudding, place plastic wrap on surface or hot pudding.
  • Refrigerate about 1 hour.
  • Stir before serving; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.)
