Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size)
- 4 cups 2% reduced fat milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Method
- Stir mix into milk and egg in large saucepan.
- Stir in rice and raisins.
- Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to full boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- (For chilled pudding, place plastic wrap on surface or hot pudding.
- Refrigerate about 1 hour.
- Stir before serving; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.)
