- 1 pkg. (18 oz.) milk chocolate brownie mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, divided
- 3 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- cooking spray
- vanilla ice cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium sized bowl use a fork to combine brownie mix, JELL-O, eggs, water, and oil.
- Mix until all the ingredients until well blended.
- Add 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips and PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese.
- Blend.
- Pour batter into an 8x8 baking pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the remaining white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
- Cool completely and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
