Ingredients

  • 2 whole Ripe Bananas
  • 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (the Higher The Peanut Percentage, The Better, I Use 100%!)
  • 1 cup Frozen Yogurt (preferably Low Fat!)
  • 4 cubes Ice

Method

  • This one is about as simple as it gets:
  • 1. Pour the juice into your blender
  • 2. Add the banana, broken up into large chunks
  • 3. Add the peanut butter, and the frozen yogurt
  • 4. Drop in a few ice cubes if you feel you need them
  • 5. Blend thoroughly until smooth
  • 6. Serve in a glass, preferably with a brightly coloured straw, and enjoy!
