Ingredients
- 2 whole Ripe Bananas
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (the Higher The Peanut Percentage, The Better, I Use 100%!)
- 1 cup Frozen Yogurt (preferably Low Fat!)
- 4 cubes Ice
Method
- This one is about as simple as it gets:
- 1. Pour the juice into your blender
- 2. Add the banana, broken up into large chunks
- 3. Add the peanut butter, and the frozen yogurt
- 4. Drop in a few ice cubes if you feel you need them
- 5. Blend thoroughly until smooth
- 6. Serve in a glass, preferably with a brightly coloured straw, and enjoy!
