Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Method
- Combine beef with Blue cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and seasoned salt.
- Make into 12 meatballs.
- Melt butter in skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove meatballs and add cream to drippings. Cook over medium to high heat, stirring for 2 minutes.
- Spoon glaze over meatballs.
