Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

Method

  • Combine beef with Blue cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and seasoned salt.
  • Make into 12 meatballs.
  • Melt butter in skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
  • Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Remove meatballs and add cream to drippings. Cook over medium to high heat, stirring for 2 minutes.
  • Spoon glaze over meatballs.
