Ingredients
- 5 to 6 roughy fillets (about 11-inches long and 3/8-inch thick)
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Method
- Combine in small bowl the paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme and oregano.
- This seafood seasoning mix will keep covered for weeks.
