Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco mixture
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can green beans
- 2 c. rice
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Fry hamburger, adding seasoning of your choice.
- Drain.
- Put into electric fryer.
- Put can of tomatoes and can of green beans with hamburger.
- While that is cooking on medium heat, cook rice on stove.
- Add 1 package taco mixture and water (according to directions on taco mixture) to hamburger.
- When rice is done, put in with hamburger mixture.
- Cook 1/2 hour.
- Add 1 package Cheddar cheese to top.
- Cover until melted.
