Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 pkg. taco mixture
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 c. rice
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Fry hamburger, adding seasoning of your choice.
  • Drain.
  • Put into electric fryer.
  • Put can of tomatoes and can of green beans with hamburger.
  • While that is cooking on medium heat, cook rice on stove.
  • Add 1 package taco mixture and water (according to directions on taco mixture) to hamburger.
  • When rice is done, put in with hamburger mixture.
  • Cook 1/2 hour.
  • Add 1 package Cheddar cheese to top.
  • Cover until melted.
