Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cranberries
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. mace
- dash of salt
- 1 pt. can crushed pineapple
- 1 envelope Knox plain gelatine
- 4 oz. Burgundy wine
Method
- Cook cranberries as directed on package.
- When done, let them cool.
- Add to cooled berries, cinnamon, dry mustard, mace and dash of salt.
- Drain juice from pineapple.
- Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup of pineapple juice.
- Mix cranberries, pineapple, 4 ounces wine and gelatine.
- Chill.
